Imidazolylalkanediol derivatives, process for their preparation and their use as antimalarials

摘要

Imidazolylalkanediol derivatives of the general formula <IMAGE> in which R<1> represents optionally substituted phenyl and R<2> represents haloalkyl, haloalkenyl or alkoxycarbonyl, and their physiologically tolerable acid addition salts have good activity against malaria.
