PURPOSE:To loosen a precision of a shaping work of fitting of a cylinder by smoothly squeezing a contact part at the end of the cylinder to fit and making a gap between said part and a contact face at the side of a squeezed end so as to absorb an error of a length of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:At least one of a contact part of an inner circumferential face of a lower end 4' of a cylinder 4 which is shaped as not to exceed a certain length and an external circumferential face of a bottom valve 2, and another contact part of an internal circumferential face of an upper end 4'' of the cylinder and an external circumferential face of a contracted part of a rod guide 3 is subjected to a light press fit to secure. A gap 12 is made between a flange face 2' or 3' of the bottom valve 2 or the rod guide 3 and the end of the cylinder 4 in advance, absorbing a dementional error in the axial direction of the cylinder when the cylinder is fit. |
