The keyboard has supports for the palms of the typing hands and the keys are arranged in rows which curve to suit the dimensions of the hands. The curvature can be varied to suit hands of different dimensions in the vertical as well as the horizontal plane. The key spacing and their dimensions are adapted to suit the user. The maximum rotation of the hand is through 45 degs. The keys are arranged in five rows and in the row nearest the hand the keys are operated from front to rear while the other keys are operated with a vertical movement. Where the keyboard has numerous keys, the least accessible to reach are omitted.
