Insulating coating method of thin and long electrical heating wire used for casting heater was described. The electrical heating wire(1) was coated 2-3 times with glass material with good insulation and heat-resistance characteristics to give insulating layer(2), and metal layer(3) was formed by plating method on the insulating layer(2).
