<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the cutting dimensional accuracy of a final product by a simpler apparatus and simpler operation while high productivity and excellent energy conservation effect are held, by cutting a laminate into a predetermined dimension while continuously curing the same under heating. CONSTITUTION:A cutter 6 is arranged on the outlet side of a curing oven 4 and a laminate 5 is cut into a predetermined dimension in a heated state by said cutter 6. The cut laminate 7 continuously enter the second curing oven (post-curing oven) 8 without being cooled and curing is advanced until the completion of curing to obtain a laminated sheet 9 having desired dimensions. It is important that the laminate 5 is cut while held to a state controlled to definite temp. in the curing oven 4 and, further, cooling such that the curing of the laminate is once stopped is not performed and curing treatment (post-curing treatment) for completing curing is performed while heating is continued in succession after cutting is performed. The addition of a cooling device and the control work of cooling temp. are unnecessary and cutting can be performed with higher accuracy by simple apparatus and simple work and productivity is also enhanced.</p> |
