PURPOSE:To prevent the transient imbalance of a refrigeration cycle by providing a throttle for suppressing the excessive flow in of a refrigerant into an auxiliary circuit, on the outlet side of the auxiliary expansion valve of said auxiliary circuit, in the captioned device in which said auxiliary circuit is connected in parallel to a main circuit which forms said refrigeration cycle. CONSTITUTION:The main circuit A of a refrigeration cycle consist of compressor 1, a condenser 2, a liquid receiver 3, a main expansion valve 4, and a main evaporator 5. And, and auxiliary expansion valve 6 and an auxiliary evaporator 7 are connected in parallel with the main expansion valve 4 and the main evaporator 5, and are commonly used with other elements 1-3, to form an auxiliary circuit B. This auxiliary circuit B is operated by opening a closing valve 8 provided in the circuit B. In such an air conditioner, a throttle 9 is provided on the outlet side of the auxiliary expansion valve 6 of the auxiliary circuit B, to suppress the flow in of an excessive flow rate of refrigerant into the auxiliary B. Thereby, the imbalance of the refrigeration cycle which is generated when shifting to the parallel operation of the main circuit A and the auxiliary circuit B can effectively prevented. |
