<p>The invention is concerned more particularly with hydropneumatic docking protection consisting of a substantially vertical deformable bolster (3) equipped in its lower part with an orifice (4) of appropriately specific passage cross-section smaller than the mean cross-section of the inner cavity of its body. This bolster is intended to be partially submerged and partially filled with water and is characterised in that it furthermore possesses, in its upper part, at least one orifice (5) of appropriately specific passage cross-section smaller than that of the orifice provided in the lower part, to allow the air located in the upper part of the bolster to have the possibility of escaping in a restricted manner in the event that the bolster is put under compression.
