PURPOSE:To provide foamed body pipes that are suitable for tenter rods, etc. for cultivating laver, causing no breaking, bending, or cracks and with buoyancy by filling a raw material which generates preliminarily closed cells in a synthetic resin tube and letting foams to generate by means of heating with a steam jet. CONSTITUTION:Metallic molds 3A and 3B are respectively mounted on both ends of a synthetic resin (e.g., polyvinyl chloride) tube 1, and a steam injection pipe 6 is passed to the metallic mold 3A through the hole of the metallic mold 3B and fixed by means of a roll type fixing device by feeding 5. The raw material (for example, styrol, etc.) is filled through an inlet 4 with an air gun and steam is injected out of the nozzle of the injection pipe for heating and forming. After cooling, the injection pipe is pulled off with a roll type fixing device by pulling 5 and the metallic mold 3A is removed. |
