PURPOSE:To shorten the cycle time with a compact mechanism, by making the falling speed low and the rising speed high high of a slide used in a press machine. CONSTITUTION:When a main gear 3 which is fitted to a base shaft 2 fixed to a machine body of the press machine and is engaged with a rotation driving pinion is rotated in a uniform speed, a pin 6 revolves around the base shaft 2. An eccentric bush 4 fitted rotatably to an eccentric shaft 2a is rotated through pins 6 and 7 and a link 8 to move a cone rod 5 vertically. A slide connected to the tip of the connecting rod rod 5 is driven by a pin 9 to operate the press machine. Thus, the slide falls in a comparatively low speed and rises in a high speed, and therefore, this device is suitable for the restriction work, and the cycle time is shortened to improve the productivity. |
