PURPOSE:To obtain welded materials made into a thin plate or a wire rod, by forming an Ni-Cr-Fe welded alloy having a very low hot workability with composite materials divided to component metals having a high workability. CONSTITUTION:Ni and Cr-Fe alloys superior in hot workability are casted and worked into plate materials. These plate materials are piled up in such ratio of plate thickness that the same total components as a desired alloy are obtained, and these piled-up plate materials are hot-press-fixed and are rolled into a thin plate. This thin plate is used as an electrode to build-up-weld it on the surface of materials. Welded metals obtained in this manner form an alloy at welding, and a welded part of the Ni-Cr-Fe alloy having a very low workability is obtained from rolled and worked welded materials. |
