PURPOSE:To punch a hole with required size and to form accurately with a short-time preparation work, by press-fitting a blade rod, which is attached to a pressure plate, to a prepared hole of work when a deformed hole is punched by a press. CONSTITUTION:The lower part of a work 3 is received in a receiving part 2 of a base 1, and a press plate 4 is slided, and screws 5' are used to tighten a tightening tool 5 to press plate 4, thus fixing the work 3 to the base 1. When a working press 6 is caused to fall by a mechanical press operation to press-fit a blade rod 7 to a prepared hole 3' of the work 3, a hole is formed along the form of the blade rod 7 on the work 3. If the stroke of the blade rod 7 is set to a short length preliminarily, the blade rod 7 is stopped halfway in the prepared hole 3' of the work 3. By this method, a stop step part due to the chip left in a prescribed position of the prepared hole 3' of the work 3 is formed automatically. |
