PURPOSE:To improve feed accuracy in the above described device, converting rotary motion into linear motion throug a ball screw, by arranging the output part of a slider on the axial center of the screw and performing reciprocating motion of the slider through rotary motion of a feed nut. CONSTITUTION:Rotary driving power of a DC servomotor 5 is transmitted to a driving gear 2, driven gear 3 and feed nut 6b, and the feed screw 6a of a ball screw 6 performs reciprocating motion by rotary motion of the feed nut 6b. A slider 8 of movable part is connected to an end of the feed screw 6a. The slider 8 is provided with an output shaft 7 as a rotatable output part coaxially located to the feed screw 6a. The slider 8 is stopped with its rotary motion by a pin 14 and moved to perform reciprocating motion along a guide bush 13 in accordance with linear motion of the feed screw 6a. |
