PURPOSE:To solve the problems regarding the variation of capacitance, a reduction of liquid leakage-proofing and the like by heating an anode compound together with an electrolyte whereby the anode compound is quicky impregnated with the electrolyte and consequently the time for the production of cells is largely shortened. CONSTITUTION:3.0g. of an electrolyte (16) heaed up to 60 deg.C was put into a separator 3 and the whole of both was placed in an electric furnace to heat it at 90 deg.C for five minutes. After it was heated, it was cooled for about 10min until its temperature returned to the room temperature so as to allow an anode compound and the separator 3 to be impregnated with the electrolyte 16. Since the electrolyte to be contained in the anode compound and the separator is half forced to permeate into the anode compound and the separator, the permeation is completed for a short time, while the elctrolyte is less affected by carbon dioxide. As a result, a cell with an excellent discharge capacity can be obtained. |
