PURPOSE:To make a high-speed operation possible, by providing a press ram controlling cam and a transfer beam controlling cam on the same shaft to interlock them with each other exactly in a press where a press ram and a transfer beam are linked to each other. CONSTITUTION:A motor 22 is started, and a rotating shaft 21 is rotated, and a work material is supplied from a work feeder 20 to a punching position by the operation of a rotary cam 24. A solenois valve is opened also by the operation of the cam 24, and a press ram 5 falls and rises through a hydraulic cylinder 3. Meanwhile, a cylindrical cam 26 is rotated in accordance with the rotation of the shaft 21 to move a cam follower 29, and a transfer beam 12 is reciprocated longitudinally and rises and falls through a link 31. Thus, the mechanical interlocking between the press ram 5 and the beam 12 becomes exact, and the operation is performed in a high speed to increase the press cycle. |
