PURPOSE:To improve heating effect at the nozzle of a heater by providing a heat insulating material between the substrate and the upper plate and to make it easy to remove clogging in the nozzle by making it freely detachable through the heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating material 6K is fastened between the portion that forms a nozzle E and a part of a communication channel F and the portion that forms a part of the communication channel F and a pressure room G and an ink common room H. The heat quantity of a heater 6E stays between a substrate 6H and an upper plate 6J because of the heat insulating material 6K and the heat conduction to other members can be thereby avoided and the efficiency of heating of the nozzle E can be raised. |
