PURPOSE:To form a wire rod to a specified shape and supply automatically, and attach efficiently at high accuracy by constituting a wire rod forming and supplying device of a feed mechanism, a forming mechanism and a supplying mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a feed lever is rotated by a specified amount, a gripper feeder 5 is moved sorward and a wire 2 is inserted into the groove of a lower die 13. An upper die 16 is lowered by a forming plate 40, and a pressing projection is inserted into the groove of the lower die 13. The wire 2 is cut by a cutter 27, and at the same time, it is bent and formed to a specified shaped. After forming, a shifting table is moved backward. A pick up chuck part 33 is lowered, and it is inserted between chucks 35, 33 and held. Then, the chuck 33 is moved upward by ascent of a pressing plate 41, and an S-ring is taken out from the lower die 13. The S-ring 32 thus taken out is brought opposite to a work 62 by forward movement of the table 14. Then, the chuck 33 is lowered, and the S-ring is attached to the work 62. |
