PURPOSE:To output the ratio of two analog voltages as a digital value by multiplying a voltage obtained by DA converting an output of a counter circuit by one voltage and then comparing the multiplied voltage with the other voltage. CONSTITUTION:One of two analog voltages is inputted to an arithmetic amplifier 4 and the other is inputted to a D/A converter 3. The converter 3 multiples the inputted voltage by the voltage of a digital signal outputted from a counter 2 for counting pulses outputted from a pulse generator 1 and outputting the count value and outputs the product voltage to the amplifier 4. The amplifier 4 outputs the difference between the product voltage and one input voltage as a difference voltage and applies the output to a comparator 5. The comparator 5 compares the difference voltage with a ground voltage, and when the polarity of the difference voltage is inverted, drives a monostable multivibrator 6 and generates a pulse output E. The value of the counter circuit is held by a latch circuit 7 based on the pulse output. The digital value of the latch circuit 7 is outputted from an output terminal G. |
