PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion and erosion of a moving vane cover for coating the fluid passage between the tips of rotor blade, by effecting the spraying or buildup welding of a Co-W alloy on the inlet side of the passage part of the rotor blade cover. CONSTITUTION:A cover 2 is integrally provided on a blade body 1 so that the cover is protruded from the back side 4 of the vane and its belly side. A Co-W alloy is sprayed or buildup-welded on the cover 2 to provide a corrosion-resisting coating layer 7 which extends from the front edge of the cover to the end of the width of an anticorrosive member 6 mounted on the belly side of the blade and extending from the intersection of the bottom of the cover and the back side of the blade. This results in preventing the errosion and cracking at the joint of the rotor blade cover 2. |
