PURPOSE:To increase a space factor by winding or laminating a material, one surface thereof roughness remarkably, such as an amorphous magnetic thin-band so that both the surface and the surface and both the back and the back form opposite surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The uneven surfaces of the thin-bands 3A, 3B delievered from material coils 2A, 2B are mutually overlapped and wound on a coil form 1, and the magnetic core 6 is manufactured. Accordingly, unevenness mutually buries clearances on surface sections, air geps 5 are decreased, and the space factor is increased. When the thin-bands 3A, 3B are wound on the coil form 1, mutually flat surfaces may be overlapped. |
