PURPOSE:To reduce current consumption by decreasing series resonance resistance by supporting the notch part of a circular quartz oscillator. CONSTITUTION:After an electrode 2 is formed on a circular quartz oscillator bar 8 having a notch part 8', the notch part 8' and a supporting member 4 are made to coincide to each other and fixed with a conductive adhesive 3, and an electric signal is sent through a lead wire 6 fixed to a base 5. This method sets the quartz oscillator bar 8 in a constant direction because of the notch part 8' which indicates the direction. Further, the notch part 8' is provided where an influence upon the quartz oscillator bar 8 is less, and made to coincide to the supporting part, so that series resonance resistance and variance are reduced. |
