PURPOSE:To suppress output variation by increasing the output impedance of a current absorbing circuit by constituting a feedback circuit by using a multi- emitter transistor (TR) between a circuit having a reference current source and the current absorbing circuit as a load. CONSTITUTION:When TRs 5, 6 and 13 have an equal current amplification factor hFE, relation between the current value I01 of a reference current source 3 and the current value I02 of a current absorbing circuit (collector current of multi-emitter TR13) is I01-I02 2IB1/(1+hFE), and an error current from the reference current source is reduced, improving the reproducibility of an input and an output current. Further, since a feedback loop is formed by using the multi-emitter TR13, the output impedance of the current absorbing circuit as the load 4 is increased and even if a maximum potential terminal 1 has variation, the reproducibility of the reference current source 3 is not spoiled. Even when there are many branch paths having loads, the current absorbing circuit has excellent reproducibility. |
