PURPOSE:To increase inductance by printing and forming a flat conductor pattern having a fixed area onto a substrate and slowly cutting and removing the pattern by a laser, etc. CONSTITUTION:Conductor patterns 12 and the flat conductor pattern 14 are printed and shaped onto the insulating substrate 13 while a dielectric 11 and an upper electrode 10 are each printed and formed onto the one end. When adjusting the resonance frequency, the pattern 14 is continuously cut and removed by the laser, etc. in a shape as a cut and removed section 17 while measuring resonance frequency between connecting terminals 16, 16'. Accordingly, predetermined resonance frequency can be obtained because the coil can be adjusted in the direction which increases inductance L. |
