PURPOSE:To realize a small size and the automatic feed and discharge of paper for a paper loading device, by loading the paper into a drum after winding once the paper around the drum in a roll form, winding this roll paper around the outer circumference surface of the drum by a roll and at the same time discharging the wound paper to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A notch 2a for forward/backward shift of paper is provided on the circumference surface of a drum 2 and in the bus direction. The paper rolled out of a roll paper 1A is put into the drum 2 through the notch 2a and then rolled up to a paper take-up shaft 3 in a high speed. This paper is then rolled out and wound around the surface of the drum 2 by a roll, and furthermore the edge of the paper is clamped by a paper edge holding plate 4. In such way, the drum 2 is turned in a body with the shaft 3 after the paper 1 is wound around the drum 2, and the character, image, etc. is recorded on the paper 2 by a recording head 5. |
