PURPOSE:To increase the corrosion resistance, by providing a film made of titanium oxide on a ferromagnetic metallic thin film. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a ferromagnetic alloy coating film 2 made of a cobalt metallic film or cobalt alloy film provided on a base film 1, titanic ester expressed in the generic formula of Ti(OR)4 (where; R is an alkyl group such as an isopropyl, n-butyl, 2-ethylhexyl or stearyl group) is applied and dried, to form a film 3 made of titanium oxide. |
