PURPOSE:To prevent compressed air from being wasted by a method wherein a pressure switch for the compressed air for material supply and a time switch for material supply time are provided side by side and the supply of the compressed air is interrupted under a desired condition. CONSTITUTION:In the titled molding machine wherein the guide 10 of hopper 1 and mold 2 are connected through material supply pipe 3 and the material 14 in hopper 1 is supplied into the molding chamber 2' of the mold 2 by the compressed air supplied from compressed air supply pipe 13, pressure switch 5 is provided in pressure detecting box 4 connecting to the material supply pipe 3 and further, time switch 6 is provided for material supply. In said machine the supply of the compressed air is cut by a method wherein (i) when a jam occurs in the material supply pipe on the side of the hopper 1 the time switch 6 is operated at the prescribed time to cut the supply of the compressed air and (ii) when a jam occurs on the side of the molding chamber 2', the pressure switch 5 is operated by the compressed air flowing backward to the pressure detecting box 4. |
