发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASUREMENT OF SOLUBILITY OF GAS IN LIQUID
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the solubility of gases in all kinds of liquids by determining the rate of dissolution in the satd. state of a gas to be measured in liquids beforehand, injecting a constant volume of the measuring liquid into a vessel, and shaking the same then measuring the concn. of the gas in a vapor phase part. CONSTITUTION:While the pressure in a vessel 4 for making standard liquid is reduced, the industrial water 14 is filled therein and the gaseous nitrogen 15 is introduced therein. The volume ratios of a vapor phase part 16 and a liquid phase part 17 are beforehand recorded with a scale 18. The gaseous hydrogen is injected into the part 16, and the entire part of the device is shaked, whereby the industrial water dissolved therein with the gaseous hydrogen (standard liquid) is obtained. The concn. of the gaseous hydrogen in the part 16 of this time is measured. Next, this standard liquid is transferred into a vessel 9, and gaseous nitrogen 15 is introduced into a vapor phase part 20, and after the vessel is shaked, the concn. of the gaseous hydrogen in the part 20 is measured. Thereafter, the inside of the vessel 9 is evacuated, and the industrial water 14 is sucked therein, thence gaseous nitrogen is introduced into the part 20 and the vessel is shaked, after which the concn. of the gaseous hydrogen in the part 20 is measured, whereby the solubility of the gaseous hydrogen in the water 14 is determined.
