<p>The case (1) is of cardboard and is held rigid along its ends (2,7) by a frame. This has four movable stretchers (8,9) each on a side face of the case. These form a fixed structure and are made from four pieces of wood (8a-d, 9a-d). Two of these (8a,8b or 9a,9b) are fixed to their respective cross pieces (8c,8d or 9c,9d) at a distance about equal to the wood thickness. The wood pieces can be assembled in one of two ways. The side mountings (8a,8b) of the longitudinals (8) are near the case strap (2) forming its outside and base (4,5).</p> |
