The assembly is for handling a load and consists of a frame (1) with wheels (8,9) and jacks (2) which press on the ground. These are vertical to handle the load vertically. There is a swing boom (4) worked by two jacks and chains for suspending the load to the swing boom. The swing boom has two transverse arms joined by a torsion bar. Each arm is supported by two lifting jacks (3). The two jacks are synchronised by a pinion meshing with a rack (6) on two shafts turning at identical speeds.
