PURPOSE:To make tube expanding without damaging the uneven shape of inner face of a tube by expanding a soft member inserted into a tubular member having an uneven inner face in radial direction and expanding the tube by its expanding force. CONSTITUTION:A tube 1 having an uneven inner face 2 is inserted into a tube hole 4 of a plate member 3. A bar member 6 having a fluid passage 7 is inserted in the tube 1 and a circular cylinder 5 is expanded by supplying high pressure fluid from the fluid passage 7, and the tube 1 is expanded by expanding force to bring the tube 1 into close contact with the plate member 3. At this time, the cylinder 5 cuts fully into recessed parts in the tube 1 and the tube is expanded by applying the liquid pressure uniformly on projected parts and recessed parts. The supplied fluid is normally used at 100-6,000kgF/cm<2> high pressure. |
