PURPOSE:To make uniform, stable caulking at all times by forming a circular guide projection that fits to the inner diameter of an orifice at the tip of a caulking heating punch, and pressing the orifice member by this punch. CONSTITUTION:A circular projection 10 that is suitable for insertion of inner diameter of an orifice member 7 is provided at the tip of a caulking heating punch 10. The large-diameter part of the punch 10 is inserted into an opening 6a at the upper end of a stepped hole 6. At the same time, the small diameter part 10a is inserted into the inner diameter of the orifice member 7. The caulked part pressed by this is centered by a stepped part between large and small diameter parts of the punch 10 and outer periphery of the small diameter part 10a. Accordingly, no deviation takes place in bulged part, and caulked thickness is uniform throughout all parts and stable caulking can be effected. |
