Carrier vehicle for an excavator

Carrier vehicle with steerable and transversely displaceable rear wheel and a tiltable excavator device, which is attached to the front end and the bucket of which digs mainly transversely to the direction of travel, and a pivotable side arm with side wheels. A crawler or a transport wheel can be brought into contact with the ground by the tilting movement. The excavator vehicle is especially light and can travel on roads and in open country. It can be used for smaller earthworks with or without loading of the excavated material. <IMAGE>
