<p>PURPOSE:To simply divide an electrolytic copper sheet into small-sized electrolytic copper sheets by perforating a starting sheet as a cathode when electrolytic copper is manufactured by electrolytic refining. CONSTITUTION:When electrolytic copper is deposited on pure copper as a cathode by electrolysis using crude copper as an anode and the pure copper, a number of perforations 2 are made in a starting sheet 1 as the cathode so that the sheet 1 is formed with divided starting sheets 5, 5' of necessary dimensions. Electrolytic copper is electro-deposited on the sheet 1 and exfoliated from the sheet 1, and bending stress is applied to the holding parts 6 along the slits 2. The electrolytic copper sheet can be divided easily into the dimensions of the sheets 5, 5' from the perforation parts.</p> |
