PURPOSE:To strengthen snap action by forming a dummy snap disk by bending a flat plate of specified thickness to a gutterlike shape and producing a snap disk by drawing this flat plate. CONSTITUTION:A gutterlike member 5 is produced by bending a flat plate 1 of specified thickness to a gutterlike shape. The gutterlike member 5 is then cut off to produce a dummy snap disk 6. The dummy snap disk 6 is connected to supports 3a, 3b at the both ends. this dummy snap disk 6 is then drawn to produce a snap disk 4. At the same time, it is cut off from supports 3a, 3b to produce individual snap disk 4. Thus, by bending to gutterlike shape before a drawing step to make stress distribution uneven, snap action can be strengthened. |
