The magnetic shaft (3) has a radial peripheral groove (6) which is engaged by a corresponding radially inwardly directed projection (10) of the bearing bush (11), the bearing bush (11) having at least one axial slot (12) extending to one of its ends in the area of the projection (10). To ensure easy rotation of the magnetic shaft (3) even under thermal loading, the free end of the bearing bush (11), which is provided with the slots (12), is enclosed by a bush arranged on the bearing block (1). <IMAGE>
