PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling of the device, by storing compactly a flexible member, which is provided for removing unnecessary materials stuck to a recording head in the space around the recording head. CONSTITUTION:A motor 14 is attached to a main frame 13 of an electrostatic recording device, and a driving shaft 15 is attached to the rotation shaft of the motor 14, and a slider 19 is fitted to the shaft 15 and is inserted to a slide shaft 20. Between sliders 19 and 23, a cleaning thread 24 is stretched in a gap between the scan face of an optical fiber tube OFT and the surface of a drum 1. A spring 25 strains the cleaning thread 24 with a constant tension. Points (x) and (y) of sliders 19 and 23 are placed above the scan face of the OFT 4 not to prevent the cleaning thread 24 from being brought into contact with the surface of the drum 1 but bring always the cleaning thread 24 in contact with the scan face of the OFT. Thus, easy assembling is possible. |
