PURPOSE:To enable to clamp the peripheral portion of a diaphragm securely between an outer casing and a flange portion of a lower body, by shaping a plate in a ring-like form, so that the peripheral portion of the diaphragm can be caulked while observing the conditions of the caulking operation by eyes. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral portion of a diaphragm 4 is urged into close contact with an outer casing 2 by means of a plate 12 and fixed at the position temporarily. Here, since the plate 12 is shaped in a ring-like form, the conditions of the peripheral portion of the diaphragm 4 clamped between the outer casing 2 and plate 12 can be observed accurately by eyes. Then, a lower body 1 is assembled in plate and a skirt end 21 of the outer casing 2 is caulked to the lower side of a flange portion 13 of the lower body 1. Therefore, it is enabled to clamp them in a reliable manner. |
