The title compds.(I; R1 = halogen or alkyl; R2,R3 = H or halogen; R4 = alkyl; R5,R6 = alkyl; x = o or s), which showed insecticidal activity, were prepd. by the reaction of substituted benzoyliso(thio)cyanate(II) and amino-benzoic acid ester(III), Thus, 5.5g 2-chlorobenzoylisocyante reacted with 5.79g 4-aminobenzoic acid tert-butylester to give 7.6 g N-(2-chloro-benzoyl)-N'-(4-tert-butoxycarbonyl)-urea (68% yield).
