Piston(1) for disposable syringe was manufd. by dipping the piston head(2) into a mixed liquid rubber and curing it at proper temp. to form packing film around it. The mixed liquid rubber comprised 85-7% natural liquid rubber(Latex DRC), 1.6-1.8% Accelerator EZ, 1.6-1.8% Accelerator TP, 3.4-3.6% ZnO, 6.6-6.8% Vultanol, and 0.3-0.5% S. The piston head is dipped into the mixed liquid rubber for about 10 seconds and cured at 150-170≦̸C for about 3 minutes.
