PURPOSE:To enable taking out of a printed circuit board one by one by dividing sucking chamber attracting a stacked printed circuit board having a large number of through holes into plural kinds of chambers which are opened and closed optionally. CONSTITUTION:When one of opening and closing systems 23 and 24 is opened a blower 22 becomes sucking of the air at a part of the opening and closing system 23 or 24, then suction being applied to sucking chamber A or B up to that time is almost released. Now, in case of a printed circuit board 2' being attracted mainly with the chamber B, the printed circuit board 2' may not be separated even if suction of the chamber A is released, but if the opening and closing system 23 is closed and the opening and closing system 24 is opened as well the suction of the chamber B is released causing release of the major part of the suction to the printed circuit board 2', and the printed circuit board 2' is separated through its own weight. |
