PURPOSE:To couple a couple of elements on both main surfaces of a plate-like dielectric by arranging the elements, having effect corresponding to length a quater as long as the wavelength of an in-use television wave, opposite to each other on both the main surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Two elements 4a and 4b are adhered to both main surfaces of a window glass plate 9 made of a plate-like dielectric by using plastic sheets 8a and 8b. When the element 4a and 4b are coupled electrostatically, the area of an accumulator plate as the element increases considerably, but when they are coupled by electromagnetic inductance, the length is only the size obtained by multiplying length a quarter as long as the wavelength by a prescribed rate of shortening. |
