PURPOSE:To reduce the load of processing, by setting a master counter to respond to each call band to process all charging to the same call band with the same master counter. CONSTITUTION:The period initial set values TID1-TID15, TIN1-TIN15 and TIMN1-TIMN15 corresponding to time bands are set to the rate replacing period counters TC1-TC15 in accordance with the time bands. Then the charging rate counters MC1-MC15 are counted up every time the count-down contents of these counters becomes 0 for each prescribed period. Then the contents of both a charging rate counter MCj corresponding to the call band and a rate replacing period counter TCj are stored in a memory CM at a moment when the calling is started by a trunk line COi. The contents of the counters MCj and TCj are read in the same way when the calling is over to obtain the differential to the stored contents, i.e., the calling rate through an arithmetic part PLU. |
