PURPOSE:To prevent a raw material from flowing out of a ship's hold by spirally moving a ship loader in the interior of the hold swirling from the outer side to the central part. CONSTITUTION:The raw material is conveyed in the direction of arrows from a silo 1 by an apron feeder 2, then it is carried on a ground conveyor 3 and is conveyed to a shuttle 4. The raw material transferred from the shuttle 4 onto a ship conveyor 5 is unloaded into the hold 6 of the ship 7. The ship loader 5 is set at a point A in a predetermined corner inside the hold 6 before starting an automatic operation. With the operation started, the ship loader 5 is moved in the order of A X1, X1 X2, X2 X3, and beyond the point X3 point to B point it is moved in the reverse direction by a distance equal to the difference between the distance by which it has been moved and with a pitch W, referring to both longitudinal and transverse directions. After repeating these operations, the automatic operation is finished when the loader 5 reaches the central position B and the next displacement amount LX becomes smaller than W. |
