<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to season a vegetable partially and obtain a food having a high nutritive value, by means of an unrubbing part in a pickling machine. CONSTITUTION:A motor 9 is driven to transmit the rotation of the rotating shaft 12 through a worm 14 to a worm gear 17, and a crank pin 19 is rotated by the rotation of the worm gear 17. The rotation is then converted into a reciprocating linear motion by a crank groove 25, a sliding body 24 is reciprocated while rotating balls 34. A load is applied to rubbing rollers 30 by a pressing plate 51, and the rubbing rollers 30 are reciprocated in a linear motion while revolved. The revolving movement is transmitted through a roller cover 44 and a diaphragm body 49 to a vegetable 80. In this case, the sliding pitch (P) of the rubbing rollers 30 is increased from a sliding range (2R) by the crank pin 19 to provide an unsliding part.</p> |
