Pyrido[2,1-b]quinazolines of the formulas I and II wherein R1, R1', R2, R2', R3, R3', R4 and R10 are as hereinafter set forth, and processes for the preparation thereof, are described. The compounds of formulas I and II are useful as agents in the prevention of allergic reactions.
