PURPOSE:To enable the processing of a form different in each form with a simple operation of changing the contents of a memory means by feeding a paper by a specified value memorized in the memory menas detecting a specific position of the form in a printer. CONSTITUTION:A passbook 6 is printed with a printing head 7 and when the final line of a page is reached, the front end thereof is detected with a sensor 2 to turn on a signal S2 with which the contents of a register 14 is transferred to a register 11. Then, in response to pulse signals in the number corresponding to a value of the register, a motor driving circuit 12 drives a pulse motor. In this case, the passbook 6 is shifted by three lines to skip the folded part thereof. Then, as soon as the sensor 1 detects the front end of the passbook, with the signal S2, a value is transferred to the register 11 corresponding to the previous shifting of one line. When the rear end of the passbook is detected with a sensor 3, the contents of a register 15 is transferred to the register 11 thereby ejecting the passbook. |
