PURPOSE:To enable reuse of sludge by separating sludge mixture, discharged from a grinder, into grinding liquid and sludge by a dehydrator and further separating the sludge into iron and grinding particle through incineration of binder in the sludge. CONSTITUTION:Sludge mixture discharged from a grinder is separated into liquid and solid and grinding liquid is taken out of solid element sludge (B1) and (B2) by a dehydrator 4. Sludge is further incinerated by an incinerator 5 and binder such as Bakelite, etc. in the sludge is removed. This sludge is pulverized by a pulverizer 6, delivered to a separator 7 and divided into iron powder (B3) and grinding particle (B4). These iron powder and grinding particle are reused and effective use of natural resources becomes possible. |
