PURPOSE:To smoothly transmit a torque and easily make a driving operation by connecting an input shaft of a power take-out clutch to an input impeller of a fluid transmission or by using other methods. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 15 of a power take-out clutch 14 is connected to an input impeller 13 of a fluid transmission 2 which is driven by an engine. An output shaft 22 of the power take-out clutch 14 drives a power take-out driving shaft 31 via a power take-out transmission mechanism 39 and a wheel drive is driven by a running output shaft 6 of the fluid transmission 2. Thereby, while a tractive vehicle is accelerated from a start into a constant running condition, the wheel drive is driven by a sufficiently great torque at low speed. The torque is gradually reduced with increase in speed, for effective driving of the drive. A manual speed change control may be eliminated from the start to the constant running, thereby reducing a trouble of a driving operation. |
