PURPOSE:To enable to effect an operation to return a load to the initial position thereof surely when a stop signal is supplied from external sources. CONSTITUTION:When a plunger 4 makes a reciprocating motion, fluid in a first chamber 7 communicating with suction side is sent into a second chamber 8 communicating with discharging side by pressure by the effect of two check valves 5, 6. When a driving signal is supplied to a coil 3, the plunger 4 sends the liquid in the first chamber 7 into the second chamber 8 by pressure and if a valve body 27 is located at the closing position thereof, the pressure of the fluid in the second chamber 8 is increased by that effect. In accordance with the increase of this pressure, a responding body 13 is moved downward against a spring 19, whereby a valve body 14 is left from a valve seat 18 and moved downward while the liquid to be controlled, supplied into an inlet passage 16, is flowed to an outlet passage 17. |
