PURPOSE:To safeguard a sitting person by fitting one end of a seat belt to a seat pan and connecting the seat pan to a seat frame by means of a linkage member. CONSTITUTION:For opening an engine service hole, when a latch 20 is disengaged and a seat pan 10 is sprung up backward, a belt 23 is slowly pulled out froma retractor 22. The spring-up operation may be smoothly performed. When a sudden pull load is applied on the seat pan 10 via the seat belt 11 at an impact or so under the condition the hole is closed and a sitting person on a seat 5 is fastened with the seat belt 11, the pulling out of the belt 23 is braked by the retractor 22 so that the seat pan 10 is linked to a chassis frame 2. Thereby, the sitting person may be safeguarded. |
