<p>PURPOSE:To keep enough gas-tightness and heat resistivity and reduce the cost of a gas-tight vessel by composing its insulation member of plastics. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical tube used as an insulation member is made of plastics 24 and elements 23 are provided in the plastic tube 24. A thin foil copper ring 28 whose inner circumference end is buried and fixed in the upper part of the plastic tube 24 is soldered to a disc-type thin foil metal plate 27 and the lower side portion of a copper block 26 is fixed tightly to another disc-type thin foil metal plate 29 whose outer circumference end is buried and fixed in the lower part of the plastic tube 24. For fixing, on the parts of the metal ring 28 and the metal plate 29 which are buried in the plastic tube 24, oxide films are formed by anodic oxidation to increase the adhesiveness to the plastic tube 24, so that the larger adhesion area can be obtained.</p> |
